I accept you as you are, and believe in your ability to heal and to grow. You may be feeling overwhelmed or alone in your struggles. It can be hard to ask for help. I offer nonjudgmental support. I assist clients to deepen in self awareness, healing and growth as they struggle with grief & loss, trauma, personal identity issues, developmental or behavioral issues, dysfunctional relationship patterns, and life stresses & transitions.
Through individual, couples, and family therapy, we will work together to bring about the positive changes you are seeking to make for yourself, and in your relationships. I will support you by helping you navigate through this process.
I have worked for over 25 years with adults, children and families: as a school counselor & teacher, a childbirth & parenting educator, a grief counselor, an anger-management group facilitator, a spouse and parent, and as a psychotherapist. I bring my experience and compassion to my practice.
